Billy Bishop
Vice President

Billy Bishop is a native of Orlando; his family has lived and conducted business in the Central Florida market since the early 1900's. He has had the opportunity to work with several prestigious real estate and construction firms in the Greater Orlando area. As Vice President of Performance Construction, Billy oversees all commercial development and brokerage services. His experience includes commercial real estate sales, leases and acquisitions, new construction, tenant finish projects, retail, office and industrial development. His extensive background has allowed him to work on many high profile projects. The projects range from the tenants build out for Gambro Health Care to specialty concrete and construction work for Seaworld, in addition to numerous office and warehouses, all located in Central Florida. Billy has also worked strongly with Crescent Resources in the Primera Office Development.

Joel MacKenzie
General Superintendent

Joel MacKenzie comes to us from many years working in the construction industry. Graduating from Lake Mary High School in 1994, Joel entered the industry as a carpenter and later joined a custom millwork company where he worked for ten years. Learning all aspects of cabinet making, he was eventually promoted to field supervisor, managing installation crews for commercial and residential projects of varying scopes. His attention to detail, expert craftsmanship and ability to effectively communicate with customers and crews resulted in 100% customer satisfaction, largely contributing to the success of the company. He is excited to be an opening team member for Performance Construction, and is dedicated to providing excellent client service and producing quality projects.

Kathryn Aymar
Office Manager

Kathryn Aymar is a Florida native, born in Tampa and raised in the historic town of Enterprise. She has attended the University of Florida for four years, earning her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish. A world traveler, she studied European Commerce for a semester in Spain, and has visited countries like England and Holland to gain experience negotiating with diverse cultures. Though new to the construction industry, she is excited to be a part of the growth and development not only of Central Florida, but of Performance Construction as well.

Walter Silvey
Superintendent

Walter Silvey brings over 25 years of commercial experience to Performance Construction. He is a veteran not only of the construction industry, but of the United States Air Force as well, having served for two years. Born and raised in Northern Alabama, he came to Central Florida in 1980. He is a proud father of two, and grandfather of four. Walt has overseen the production of countless multi-million dollar projects, including a build-out for Progress Energy and Orange County Supervisor of Elections. He comes to Performance with incredible knowledge and expertise, and we are proud to have him as a part of our team.

Bobby Anderson
Superintendent

Bobby Anderson started building almost as soon as he could walk, and has been involved in the commercial and residential construction industries ever since. Raised in Midstate Alabama, he came to Central Florida in 1982. He is skilled in all phases of construction, specializing in carpentry and finishing. Bobby has owned a home improvement company for over ten years. He joins Performance Construction to utilize his hands-on and supervisory experience overseeing the development of our projects.

Kevin Ireland
Superintendent

Kevin Ireland comes to us from the farms of Southern Maryland.  He graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.S. in Sociology, and a minor in Criminal Justice.  In June of 2006 Kevin moved to Central Florida where he enjoys a lifestyle of hunting, fishing, and football.  New to the construction industry, Kevin joins Performance to gain the on-site experience needed to become an integral part of the entire construction process.  His ambition and determination will pave the road to landing a position as Senior Project Manager, which is his ultimate goal.
